Ticket A-to-Z Guide

Admission
All guests entering any Seton Hall s Basketball game must have a valid ticket in order to gain admission. Children ages two (2) and under are not required to have a ticket to gain admission: however they must sit on the lap of an adult.

Accessible Seating
The Prudential Center is a facility that is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  To purchase accessible seating, please call the Seton Hall Ticket Office at (973) 275-HALL (4255)

Announcements and Paging
Announcements and paging will be done only in the case of an emergency.  If you are having an issue or experiencing an emergency contact an usher or Seton Hall Athletics staff member.

ATM Machines
Prudential Center: There are four ATMs located throughout the Prudential Center.  One is located in the box office lobby, the main concourse outside sections 1 and 14 and on the upper concourse outside section 129.
Walsh Gymnasium: The closest ATM is located at the University Center.

Bag/Coat Check Policy
Bags larger than 12" x 16" x 6" are not allowed into the venue. All bags are subject to security screening upon entry. Prudential Center does not have a bag or coat check facility. Guests are asked to plan accordingly. The following items are prohibited at all Prudential Center and Walsh Gymnasium events, but are not limited to:

  • Aerosol Cans
  • Animals / Pets (except service animals)
  • Audio / Video Equipment
  • Balloons and Beach Balls
  • Bags larger than 12"x16 x6
  • Cans, Bottles, Glass or Other Beverage Containers
  • Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc.
  • Coolers or Ice Chests
  • Hard sided bags of any size
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Laser Pens and Pointers
  • Noisemaking Devices (i.e. Whistles, Air Horns, Drums, Horns, Vuvuzelas)
  • Outside Food and Beverage
  • Professional Photography Equipment
  • Selfie Sticks and GoPros
  • Poles to Display Banners, Flags, etc.
  • Signs with wires, lights, and/or batteries
  • Skateboards and/or Rollerblades
  • Un-approved Pamphlets, Handouts, Advertisements, etc.
  • Weapons (i.e. Knives, Pepper Spray, Tear Gas, Handcuffs, Stun Guns, etc.)
  • Any Other Item Deemed to be Inappropriate or Dangerous by Prudential Center Management
  • *This list is subject to change at the discretion of Prudential Center Management.
 
Signs and banners may be permitted at certain events if they do not block the view of other guests. Any signs or banners must be appropriate and are subject to approval of Prudential Center Management.
 
Code of Conduct
Seton Hall and the Prudential Center are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable fan experience. When attending an event, you are required to refrain from following behaviors:
• Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
• Extreme intoxication or other signs of impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
• Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
• Interference with the progress of the event (including throwing objects onto the playing surface).
• Failing to follow instructions of event personnel.
• Verbal or physical harassment of participant, officials, fans or event personnel.
Event attendees are responsible for their conduct. Event staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event attendees that violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund and loss of ticket privileges for future events.
 
Concessions
Guests may NOT bring their own food and/or beverages to any Prudential Center or Seton Hall event.
Legends Hospitality offers a variety of concession stands and food options located on the Main Concourse, Suite Levels, and Upper Concourse. We are proud to offer gluten free food options near Section 5 and kosher options near Section 17. Kosher stands are closed on Friday, Saturday, and any observed holiday. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should call Guest Services at (973) 757-6000 or email guestservices@prucenter.com prior to attending the event.
For games at Walsh Gymnasium, this is up to the discretion of the event supervisor.

Elevators
Both the Prudential Center and Walsh Gymnasium have elevators for use by our fans.
 
First Aid
First Aid stations at the Prudential Center are located on the main concourse outside section 8 and the upper concourse outside section 115.  If you are having a medical emergency, please locate the nearest usher or Prudential Center staff member.
If experience a medical emergency at Walsh Gymnasium, please locate the nearest usher.
 
Gates
There are six entrances to the Prudential Center:
  • The Investors Bank Tower on the northeast corner of Prudential Center at Mulberry Street and Edison Place.
  • The Ford Tower on the southeast corner of Prudential Center at Mulberry Street and Lafayette Street.
  • The Lafayette Street Entrance on the south side of Prudential Center.
  • The Skybridge connecting the Parking Deck (Yellow Lot 10) to Prudential Center and is accessible by going to Level 4 of the Parking Deck.
  • Infiniti VIP East near the northeast corner of Prudential Center on Mulberry Street.
  • VIP West on the west side of Prudential Center on Devils Way.
 
There is one entrance to Walsh Gymnasium, and that is through the main entrance of the Richie Regan Athletic Center.
Doors open one hour prior to the scheduled tip-off time.

Lost Persons
If you or someone you are with is lost please report it to the closest usher or Prudential Center/Seton Hall representative.

Nursing Mothers
Prudential Center is proud to have a private place for nursing guests. Please visit Guest Services behind section 9 to access the Mamava nursing pod located on the INFINITI Suite Level. To help better prepare, we suggest downloading the Mamava app, located in the App store by searching “Mamava”.

Parking
There are several parking facilities within close proximity to Prudential Center. Guests can purchase guaranteed, pre-paid parking for events at Prudential Center through Click and Park’ Reservations.

To purchase pre-paid parking, guests must visit Click and Park Reservations to select a date and a parking location. Once purchased, a Parking Pass will be emailed with detailed directions to the selected parking lot. Each lot is within walking distance of Prudential Center. Pre-paid parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and all parking spaces are limited. There are no refunds or exchanges. Each Parking Pass is only valid for the date and event shown on the pass. Guests must present their valid Parking Pass at the designated parking area in order to gain access.
Parking at all Seton Hall events at Walsh Gymnasium is free with parking available in the parking deck located across from the Richie Regan Athletic Center.

Re-entry is NOT allowed at the Prudential Center or Walsh Gymnasium.  Guests who leave the venue will need a new ticket for admission.

Security Checks
Guests are subject to inspection and search for prohibited items. All guests entering any gate at the Prudential Center will be required to pass through a magnetometer.
 
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at both the Prudential Center and Seton Hall University campus.
 
Ticket Information

Any fans who have issues with their tickets upon arrival should contact the closest usher.
Ticket office hours are 9AM-5PM, Monday-Friday.  The Richie Regan Athletic Center ticket office is closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s with the exception of a women’s basketball game, in which it will open one hour prior to the scheduled tip time.
From May until the end of August, the ticket office will only be open 9AM-Noon on Fridays. 
The Prudential Center Ticket Office is open 11AM-6PM, Monday-Friday and closed on Saturdays and Sundays unless they have an event.  In that case the ticket office will open at 11AM.
 
Will Call
  • Will call for events at the Prudential Center is located at the box office at the corner of Mulberry and Edison.  It opens 90 minutes prior to tip-off.
  • Will call for events located at Walsh Gymnasium is located in the main lobby of the Richie Regan Athletic Center and opens one hour prior to tip-off.
  • Guests on the player pass list can begin picking up their tickets one hour prior to tip-off.  Please read overhead signage at the ticket windows at the Prudential Center to find the window for which you qualify.  For games at Walsh Gymnasium, pass list tickets can be picked up at the table inside the Richie Regan Athletic Center lobby.
